DETAILS

Puraai was founded in 2020 from the fusion of the creative spirit of two young Italian designers, driven by a continuous search for something that could fully represent them. They finally found inspiration for the brand during a trip to Japan. At the end of a day spent discovering and studying the latest trends in Tokyo, they were drawn to a small detail on a recyclable plastic bottle. In fact, it was a Japanese symbol used to identify a recyclable product — a concept very dear to both of them and one that, now more than ever, everyone should pay attention to.

Fit: regular, elastic back strap, heel height 2.5 cm

Composition: recycled and bio-based materials, cork insole

Side logo: ラ symbol recalling the Japanese “plastic recycling mark”

Credit Cards

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system. It is possible to make purchases via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Bleu.

Bank Transfer

Choosing payment by Bank Transfer, at the conclusion
of the order the customer automatically displays the bank details of KISSUOMO.IT, following which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation. If within this period KISSUOMO.IT does not receive a copy of the payment, he will cancel the order. We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

PayPal payments

By choosing the PayPal payment method the customer can pay directly through his PayPal account.

Pay in 3 installments without interest with PayPal

Cash on delivery

REFUND & RETURN

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, unworn items can be returned for size change, color change, item change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

THE COST OF THE RETURN FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD* IS €20.00.

*For Greece the cost of the return is €50.

Return instructions

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address info@kissuomo.it in the e-mail must be specified the items that you intend to return and the desired compensation: size change, color change, item change or refund .

Alternatively, the Customer can contact us by phone at +39 0510953575 and follow the instructions step by step. The return shipment is FREE, once the customer has contacted Kissuomo.IT the procedure will be explained.

Refund Instructions

Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For paid orders with PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account.
